I love running with my golden, except he's so crazy on a leash around other dogs. He actually dropped almost 20 pounds in 18 months when I upped his mileage.

I had an amazing, wonderful 8 miler last night with Maia my DOG ~ she's the best running partner ever, and is totally down with 'sticking with the pack' - no leash required! Your 1/2 marathon last weekend was really really inspirational for me to read about. Thanks for the recap.
