Plus a bunch of this.
And ended up (with a LOT of help) like this.
But I can't not mention the rest of my day. This is why you don't give tapering triathletes free frozen yogurt coupons.
And somehow I woke up this morning and saw the mythical racing weight on the scale for the first time in a few weeks....it's a Wednesday miracle!

Yum! I want that squash dish and the frozen yogurt!!! (nevermind that it isn't even 8am)
ReplyDeleteNice! That looks like a great cart. And it's always good to see your racing weight.
ReplyDeleteYum for all of the pics! Yay for race weight! I hope you're feeling better!
ReplyDeleteFrozen Yogurt = weight loss. WIN!
ReplyDeleteDude, you need to decide you like vegetables when they are in season and not from Peru.
ReplyDeleteFroZenYo is, however, seasonless and I encourage its consumption year-round.
Can I get the recipe for whatever that squash nut rice thing is? looks so yummy.
ReplyDeleteYay for racing weight!
YUmm...Froyo!!! this looks much better than the squash :)
ReplyDeleteKitchen experiment FTW!
ReplyDeleteQuestion of the day is: Did you like the squash? I heart squash, especially with a little maple and nuts. It's like dessert.
ReplyDeleteRecipe please! Love anything w/ squash this time of year.
ReplyDeleteI love butternut squash - I could amke it every day in 15 different ways. Congrats on the racing weight, I will get there some day...
ReplyDeleteButternut squash AND fro-yo?!?! Yum, yum, YUM!!
ReplyDeletei love butternut squash. my sister made this awesome puree...and then i got suspicious and confirmed that she'd put a WHOLE STICK OF BUTTER in it. so.... i'm not at weight race mostly because of that. and birthday cake.
ReplyDeleteOne of the reasons I love butternut squash is that it lasts a long time (TWSS). I hope you or Emily posts that recipe!
ReplyDeleteWhy wasn't I invited?
ReplyDeleteContinuously validating the FroYo obsession that lives strongly in our apartment - whoop!
ReplyDeleteI have a butternut squash that needs cleaving. Gotta get on that, pronto!

Yay for meeting goals, even if it takes you months!
ReplyDeleteIt's like Festivus For The Rest of Us!
ReplyDeleteCongrats for meeting your goal of racing weight and crossing three months worth of goals off in one trip....that is efficiency!
