I'm interested to know more about your heart rate training. I have never used my HR montior with my watch but I'm curious.
You are going to HATE HR training at first as you'll feel like you are going so slow, but rest assured that you will be faster when your base building is done and you will love it.My coach does HR training and I am so happy that she does because it helps keep me grounded.

do it manually on garmin connect and then push it to your watch. super easy :)
Every time someone posts something about heart rate training I think about how I should be doing it (kind of like core work and strength training). Maybe someday (but probably not)!

ugh, heartrate training. i know its good for you, but its so hard to swallow that ego, slow down, and stay in the right zone. good luck with that!
Dayum, that's a ginormous rock! Good for you!And I have NO idea how to use all the bells and whistles on my Garmin. I always threaten to get bout the user guide and actually read it...nah.
You seriously don't want the Garmin beeping your heart rate at you. It will take some time, but you will get a feel for it. Good luck!
