1. I am a drunk crackhead for data, numbers, information in general. Add that to pretty colors and HOLY CRAP Y'ALL! Check this out!!!
You should click on it to make it bigger. Wow, Training Peaks!
2. Head on over to Shape and check out the "Runaway Bride" slideshow that's up right now. It's about crazy weirdos that incorporated fitness into their weddings. You might recognize someone! Maybe next up they'll do an article about surprise weddings? I'm curious, who else has incorporated fitness into their wedding (or around their wedding)?
3. Since there were no puppy pics yesterday, here's one. This is when we tell her "there's crazy in your eyes."
Happy Thursday, everyone!

I don't even know what that graph means. I want to understand it, and have one just like it, but I need some coaching on that, ok?
ReplyDeleteooooo pretty chart!
ReplyDeletei can't watch the video at work. boooo!
Lloyd gets the crazy eyes when we give him treats.
awesome chart!! I also do not know what it means. :)
ReplyDeleteHubz really wanted to run, then get married in the Massanuttens. I said no way, the unbelievably rocky trails out there would undoubtedly result in a bad fall and ugly wedding photos. But I have some great photos of us running in wedding attire wearing numbers.
Baby Girl Wall-Chewer is getting SOOOO big.
that chart is super intense
ReplyDeleteYou're famous!!! And this is ridiculously cute.
ReplyDeleteI love that you are featured as a running bride - AWESOME!!! :) My husband and I thought about doing something like that (we met at a Pacers Fun Run) - but the timing just didn't work out...
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures :)
you're famous!
ReplyDeleteyay! Katie wins the internets!
ReplyDeleteAwesome!
ReplyDeleteI was a chubby grad school student when we got married. I very seldom ran at that point, so running never even came up as an interest for my wedding. Elvis, well that was a different story entirely.
I love training peaks! Your graph looks way better than anyone I've made, my pace is usually ping-ponging up and down, so you can't really tell what my pace was :/
ReplyDeleteCongrats on becoming famous!
That chart makes me stare in awe... and yet I have NO IDEA what it means!!! What does it mean?!?!?
ReplyDeleteLove that you are featured for that Shape article! Awesomesauce Mrs. Famouspants!!!
Spike and I have already decided running related items will be a part of our someday nuptials. I mean, it is how we met both online and IRL. :)
Speaking of Spike, his eyes get crazy like that when he's about to say something totally off the wall.... which is often.
That chart is confusing, but I would like one. I would like a dog too, but that's not happening anytime soon...
ReplyDeleteThat is a really pretty chart, actually!
ReplyDeleteHow cool, I loved the pics from Shape!
ReplyDeleteYou're like a for-real blogger. I can't believe I know you.
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhhh... graphs and numbers..... *drool*.... haha
ReplyDeleteYep, there definitely is a little crazy in those eyes
im an idiot when it comes to reading graphs, please explain.
ReplyDeleteThat's such a cool feature! Rock it girl!
ReplyDeleteLove the race right after the wedding. Awesome tees!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could love the first comment by Amy. HA. That is so awesome to be featured! Woah.
ReplyDeleteThey said it's hard to get drunk after smoking crack, but I honestly wouldn't know. At least about the crack. I get it though - well said.
ReplyDeleteI used bib numbers as table numbers. Here are some photos: http://racing-stripes.blogspot.com/2010/08/running-themed-wedding-sort-of.html
ReplyDeleteYour wedding story is still one of my faaavorites! Love that you were featured :)
ReplyDeleteand love that your pup has crazy eyes. CUTIE.
Love the wedding story! And yes, isn't training peaks lovely? I still need to work on figuring out all the features and I've been using it for a couple of years.
ReplyDeleteMe and WonderWife did the Vegas half marathon the morning of our wedding - AND had a surprise wedding that night. Win-win.
