No one, and I mean NO ONE, thought you would live to see your first birthday.
We loved the little puffball you were when you came home.
But you quickly showed your true colors. A rampaging maniac that had been raised by wolves.
You don't really care that Graham is a lot bigger than you, and constantly steal his toys, his water, and will shove him out of the way to get petted.
Your favorite game to play with your mamas is called "jump and bark."
You don't like being outside when it's hot, and will go hide under a tree.
But you love chewing on sticks.
You have lots of names. When you are bad, it's Molly Elizabeth Mobsons. When you are good, it's Miss Molly or Miss Moozle. I frequently tell you that you are made of noodles.
Unlike Graham, you love swimming at the dog park.
When someone leaves the house, you jump up on your chair to watch them go.
You do a funny little dance when someone says the word "walk" or "nums."
But the thing you really like best is to be held and snuggled.
If you are sound asleep on the floor and someone walks by, you will lift up your back leg to get your belly scratched. Most of the time you just sleep that way to save yourself the trouble.
You will headbutt us if we are using a laptop or looking at our phones instead of scritching your ears, but you will watch TV for hours.
But even after all this, I'm pretty glad you came home to live with us.
Us girls have to stick together.
And with you, we're a family.
Happy Birthday, little Molly.
