three things thursday

1. I know that this entire blog is about running and returning from injury and what I do every day already, but I just have to share this workout that I did this morning.


walk 2 minutes @ 4.2 (14:00ish pace), run 8 minutes @ 6.6 (9:00ish pace)

The treadmill actually turned off at 60 minutes, so I spent the last chunk desperately repeating over and over what the 60 minute total was (6.17M) so I wouldn't forget.  Time to go outside!!!!  And maybe start bringing water with me.  Also, yes, I am sitting here covered in bags of frozen corn and peas.  


2. My last semester of classes has started.  I'm totally not interested.


3. I am so excited to leave tomorrow afternoon for Key West, FL.  Margaritas, sunshine, tank tops, and more margaritas with some great girls.  Oh, and I'll be swimming the first leg of an Olympic tri.  But let's focus on what's important here: tequila.  Mmmm.
